Sports
- Carterton Junior Cricket, Ages 4+. Registration: Link.

- Carterton Netball Club
- Netball Wairarapa, Secondary and Senior Teams play in a mixed Competition based at both Colombo courts Masterton (9am – 3pm) and Kuranui College Greytown (9am – 12noon)
- Wairarapa Spitfires Baseball Club, Club teams available for all ages and levels of experience
- Carterton JAB Rugby. Junior rugby club teams in both rippa (under 6s) and tackle

- Wairarapa Youth Orchestra, Open to all primary and secondary school students, Mondays from 4:30-5:30 PM during school term at Kuranui College Auditorium, Greytown

- NZ Police Museum, Our New Zealand Police Museum Junior Detective Trail and Senior Detective Mysteries are packed full of fun activities that will keep children of all ages engaged and entertained. Activity sheets are free, fun and change every school holiday
- Toymaker Workshops, Workshops for children aged 4-12, weekends and holidays, 1-2 hours, everything provided. Book early as classes are limited to 6 children
